IS THIS A SUBSCRIPTION BOX?

It actually is not! (But this is our most asked question!). We estimate the oil could last 6-12 months, the cards won't "run out", and the journal could be used over the span of 5-12 months. When something runs out, come back to us (using the code you got in your original order email >wink<) and repurchase. You can always buy each part of the kit separately. You do save by buying the kit, but each individual part makes for a great gift for a loved one, friend, neighbor, etc.

DO YOU ACCEPT REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS?

Since we are a startup in our first months of business, at this time we respectfully cannot honor refunds or exchanges. We will happily honor a cancellation if you do reach out to us within 2 hours of order placement, as our team ships very quickly. If your order comes damaged or incorrect in anyway, please reach out to hello@haveamomentforyourself.com and we will happily send you a replacement.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY? DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We do ship internationally for a $15 shipping fee. We charge $6 for shipping if your order is under $50, and free shipping if your order is over $50. We hope to offer better shipping rates as we grow, and we thank you for understanding.

Why is the eucalyptus oil so expensive?

Not only did we learn how insanely high most essential companies charge for their products, but we also saw a lot of waste. Buying vials of natural scented oils for $45 (for 0.5 oz) creates a culture of repurchasing, and where does that waste go? Of course our oil is "expensive" but our 4oz bottle is also meant to last you 8 months - 1 year depending on how you use it, without adding to landfills each month. Our oil is 8 times as much product, at 15% of the price as other companies. Give back, get more.
