In the year it took us to develop Me Time, we would share with people that we have an Affirmation Card Deck included in the kit and we were consistently met with either "What exactly is an affirmation? I hear about them but what are they?" or examples of affirmations, as most people were using more blanket vague statements like "I got this", and we knew we wanted to take it a step further. There is so much psychology in how affirmations re-wire your brain so it's no doubt these have become a favorite among our little Me Time fam.
